Meet Sarah Oliver

Owner & Clinical Director, M.S., BCBA, LABA

Sarah is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed teacher with more than 17 years of experience in education. She holds licenses in General Education and Moderate Disabilities and specializes in working with children who have Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Sarah provides behavioral support services and academic interventions for students primarily in grades Pre-K through 8, though she is always open to supporting children outside this age range, depending on their needs. As the founder of the organization, Sarah oversees all staff training and ensures that each intervention is tailored to meet the unique needs of every student. Committed to providing individualized, effective support, Sarah is dedicated to helping students thrive.

    As manager, Naomi leads key initiatives to promote organizational growth and improve operational efficiency. With expertise in business development and leadership, Naomi is essential in creating and implementing strategies that support the company’s mission and goals. She oversees marketing, client relations, recruitment, and operations, while collaborating with leadership to create policies and solutions that help drive the company’s long-term success. Naomi’s passion for education and experience in both non-profit and business management help fuel our mission of breaking barriers to learning.
